Our Story

Mamie Favor graduated from Tulane Law School at the age of 22 and practiced law for ten years. Growing up with no financial security, she was a financial planner at heart. The importance of financial security led her to switch careers at age 32, and become a financial planner. For 36 years, she has been providing vital financial guidance to clients so that they can plan for prosperity instead of hoping for it.

We have carefully selected a seasoned, intelligent and trustworthy group of experts who provide personalized service, objective advice, and comprehensive financial services to HNW individuals, families and businesses. We are a fiduciary which means our clients' best interests come before our own.

Since the 2000s, we've observed that families and business owners are looking for more than a good investment. Rather, they seek a deep understanding of their entire financial road map, including investment management, estate planning, asset protection and retirement solutions. Mamie is the Founder of Fortuna Wealth Management, where she is instrumental in developing the Integrated Wealth Strategies process. She is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional and Juris Doctor. With over 33 years of experience as a financial planner and attorney, Mamie provides invaluable advice to business owners, entrepreneurs, individuals, and families. She specializes in business valuations and sales, estate planning and estate tax strategies, gifting techniques, wealth accumulation, legacy planning, trust solutions, business succession planning, and key man retention planning.
